DAC Creative Connection Annual Quilt, Art & Craft Show 2026

As most of you probably already know, we are having our DAC Creative Connection Annual Quilt, Art & Craft Show on Friday, 9th and Saturday, 10th October, which is almost upon us.

At our much-loved show, we have plenty to interest everyone. On display, we will have beautiful handmade quilts and different mediums of art work, as well as handmade cards and crafts — some of which you will be able to purchase on the day.

We will also have our usual DAC craft, Christmas, plants, and cake tables, where you can buy that special gift or yummy treat. In addition, our outside vendors will be selling quilting-related items, including fabric, handmade cards, paper craft supplies and handmade macrame items.

The Illawarra Spinners & Weavers will be demonstrating their weaving for us as well. And, of course, we will have our Pop-Up Cafe where you can grab a light lunch & cuppa. This is how we showcase to the community what DAC Creative Connection is all about.

This year, we have a dedicated, prominent space set up for our DAC Ministry Table, where our aim is to 'welcome people warmly, build genuine connections, give people a window into our church community, and be ready to point people towards Jesus when opportunities arise.’ We have volunteers from DAC who will do just that. We are praying that this will be an opening for DAC into the ever-growing Dapto community.

And last but not least, we would like to thank all those involved with getting the word out there, and also our volunteers from either Creative Connection or our DAC family. Our Show couldn’t go ahead without all of you helping.

Blessings,
Lynne Newton
